Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are only accepted for:
    • Damaged products
    • Defective items
    • Wrong items received

Conditions for Return

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Change-of-mind returns (unless approved)

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is ours, we cover the shipping cost
  • Otherwise, customer may be responsible for return shipping
