Returns & Exchanges
- We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Returns are only accepted for:
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Wrong items received
Conditions for Return
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Change-of-mind returns (unless approved)
Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
Return Shipping
- If the mistake is ours, we cover the shipping cost
- Otherwise, customer may be responsible for return shipping
